What is Honda Cadet?
Honda Cadet is an emerging class aimed at young drivers approximately 6 to 12 years old who are entering the sport of karting.
The class is designed to provide a practical introduction to kart racing with low maintenance and low running costs.
Honda Cadet racing offers a strong balance of performance, reliability and simplicity. The concept has also proven successful overseas, particularly in the UK, where Honda-powered cadet racing has long been a popular junior entry point with consistently strong participation.
The Honda Cadet class is best for:
– Families looking for an affordable way to get a child into karting
– Young drivers 6 to 12 years old entering KNSW Honda Novice and Rookie racing
– Parents who want a lower-maintenance karting package
– Drivers who want a simple, durable and competitive 4-stroke cadet kart.
